Builds relationships with HBCUs and universities to promote NABCRMP programs and career pathways, expanding student awareness and engagement in the GRC profession.
Supports planning and execution of NABCRMP conferences, webinars, and member events to ensure seamless, engaging, and high-quality experiences.
Curates educational content, identifies speakers, and develops programs that enrich member learning and align with NABCRMP’s strategic priorities.
Drives membership growth and retention through outreach, engagement campaigns, onboarding, and member experience initiatives.
Manages NABCRMP’s mentorship program, including mentor/mentee matching, programming support, and overall program success.
Oversees career development resources, job board updates, employer partnerships, and initiatives that support members’ professional advancement.
Leads communication efforts, media outreach, and storytelling to elevate NABCRMP’s visibility and highlight member achievements.
Guides the creation and growth of NABCRMP’s local chapters, supporting regional leaders, launching new chapters, and strengthening national community ties.
Cultivates corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and donor relationships that support NABCRMP’s financial sustainability and strategic initiatives.
